आबकारी विभाग ने रविवार को मोहल्ले के तीन अलग-अलग स्थानों पर जाकर 536 लीटर अवैध आयातित शराब बरामद की। साथ ही तीन व्यवसायियों को हिरासत में लिया है। सबसे बड़ी सफलता सदर थाने के विनोद नगर के आसपास के इलाके को मिली है। आबकारी विभाग ने एक मकान की दूसरी मंजिल पर बिनोद नगर में अवैध शराब की बॉटलिंग फैसिलिटी खोली है. अरुणाचल प्रदेश में बांटी जाने वाली अवैध शराब नाइट गर्ल से विनोद नगर की फैक्ट्री में कई ब्रांड की बोतलें भरी जाती थीं।
In Vinod Nagar, the Excise Department seized 509 litres of illegal alcohol, estimated to be worth Rs 5 lakh. According to Product Department Inspector Kundan Kumar Kaushal, the operation was carried out as a result of information about an unlawful factory in Vinod Nagar.
These bottles of illicit alcohol were sourced from locations other than Dhanbad. In the raid, numerous large and small bottles, phoney Jharkhand government stickers, and lids were discovered. Divesh Kumar Gupta, an illegal businessman, has been detained. The Excise Department conducted a raid at Dinesh Bauri’s store in Panchmohli Bardangal, Kumardhubi, and recovered 9 litres of illegal imported alcohol as well as 18 litres from Nimai Modak’s store in Cinema.
